Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed before 12:00 PM IST are typically dispatched the same day (subject to stock availability). Orders placed after 12:00 PM IST or on Sundays / public holidays will be processed the following business day.

 

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and SMS containing your tracking number and a direct link to track your shipment on the courier's website. You can also track your order by logging into your Taambraa account and visiting the 'My Orders' section.

 

Delivery Attempts & Failed Delivery

•       Our courier partner will attempt delivery up to 3 times at your registered address

•       If all delivery attempts fail, the package will be returned to our warehouse

•       A re-delivery fee of ₹100 will apply for re-dispatch of returned packages

•       Please ensure your delivery address, pincode, and contact number are accurate at checkout

•       Taambraa Fashion is not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect address details provided by the customer

Estimated delivery timelines are indicative and not guaranteed. Delays may occur during festive seasons (Diwali, Navratri, Eid), natural disasters, courier strikes, or other unforeseen events. Taambraa Fashion is not liable for delays caused by courier partners or external factors.
