At Taambraa Fashion, we want you to love every piece you receive. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, this policy outlines your options clearly and fairly.

 

 

3-Day Return Window

All return requests must be initiated within 3 calendar days after delivery. Requests raised after this window will not be eligible for return or refund.

 

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet ALL of the following conditions:

       Return request initiated within 3 days after delivery confirmation

       Item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition

       All original tags, labels, and packaging are intact and attached

       Item is not in the non-returnable categories listed below

       Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) is provided

 

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable under any circumstances:

Products with cut or removed tags cannot be accepted back

Return Shipping Charges

Who bears the return shipping cost depends on the reason for the return:

For Taambraa-paid returns, our courier partner will contact you within 2 business days to schedule a pickup. Please do not ship items back independently without our confirmation, as we cannot reimburse self-arranged shipping for Taambraa-covered cases.

All approved refunds are credited exclusively to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. We do not issue store credit, vouchers, or cash refunds.

Please note that while we process refunds promptly, the actual credit to your account is subject to your bank's processing times, which are outside our control.

 

How to Initiate a Return

Follow these steps to raise a return request:

       Email us at return taambraafashions@gmail.com within 3 days after delivery with your order number

       Attach clear photographs of the item (all sides) and the packaging

       Mention the reason for return clearly in your email

       Our team will review your request within 1 business day and respond with next steps

       Do NOT ship any item back until you receive written confirmation from us

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at taambraafashions@gmail.com with photographs. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at your preference. This is separate from our standard return window and is handled on priority.
